Let Waters Edge Eco Lodge be your luxury accommodation while in the Meadow Lake Provincial Park and/or Meadow Lake and area! We offer 8 luxurious guest rooms, including one that is customized for guests with disabilities. Attention to detail has been paid at Waters Edge Eco Lodge, in your room as well as throughout the lodge you will find the design to be rustic yet refined with simple luxuries. Each guest room boasts a gorgeous water view of Greig Lake which can be appreciated on your own private deck or from the comfort of your bed. High quality linens and thick, fluffy towels mixed with whitewashed walls and weathered boards exude timeless beauty with modern luxury. A lavish bed, writing desk, armoire and spa like en suite are yours to enjoy during your stay.
All rooms are double occupancy. Queen beds are in 6 of the guest rooms and 2 guest rooms have two twin beds in each. Wi-fi is provided.
Please note pets are not permitted for Lodge guest stays. Inquire about Cottage #3 if you would like to bring along any pets.
Food & Beverage Services
Lodge Guest Kitchen
Guests of the Lodge have a fully equipped kitchen for use during their stay. Our uniquely designed kitchen with a lake view features two fridges, a freezer, a stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Each guest room will have their own fridge shelf and crisper drawer for storing food and beverages. A BBQ is also provided as well as a fire pit. Prepare your meals at your leisure and then dine in our Screened-in Deck, Great Room, or in your Guest Room on your private Deck. We are licensed to serve alcohol and beverages can be purchased from us to be consumed in our common areas, your guest room or you may bring along your own alcohol to consume in your room.

As you can see the Cottage is well equipped but some of the things you will need to bring are food, spices, coffee/tea, beach towels and life jackets for children.
The cottage is smoke free but smoking is acceptable outside.
There is a 2 night minimum booking and a 3 night minimum booking on long weekends.
In Cottage #1 and Cottage #2 pets are not permitted however pets are accepted in Cottage #3 (new policy as of June 2018).Please inform at time of booking if you are bringing along pets.
Cottage #3's pet policy states: Maximum of 2 pets with a $50 cleaning fee per stay.
Pet owners are responsible for their pets behaviour at all times.
Cell coverage is generally available.
In keeping with our commitment to practice environment sustainability, we do not allow the use of disposable products such as plates, cups, napkins and table clothes.
Compost and Recycling Bins are available. We ask that you please help us be kind to our planet.
The Lodge Common Areas (Screened-in Deck, Great Room & Reading/Games Area) are reserved for guests renting Lodge Guest Rooms unless permission has been granted by management.
Lakeshore Lookout Events Room
Situated on the second level of Waters Edge Eco Lodge is the all season events room. This 900 square foot space features 7 windows and a garden door that leads out to a private deck overlooking Greig Lake. This room is very versatile and will accommodate many different events throughout the seasons. Room capacity is estimated at 90 people seated cathedral style and 60 seated at rectangular tables.
Coffee breaks in the fresh air on the deck during your meeting, retreat or conference will certainly
re energize everyone. During the cooler months, wellness retreats like yoga, reiki, meditation, massage or spa days will find tranquility in this space. The snow covered tree tops will perfectly suit festive Christmas parties or intimate winter weddings.
We would be pleased to provide lunch and beverage services available upon request. For large events in-house catering may be available or you have the option of arranging your own caterer please inquire at time of booking.
Nature's Stage Outdoor Events Venue
Waters Edge Eco Lodge is pleased to present a unique outdoor, lakeside venue. This 1200 square foot wooden stage with pillars to support an open beam roof has been designed to take into account the unpredictability of the weather. Without walls this venue is an extension of the natural surroundings of the Meadow Lake Provincial Park but has curtains that can be closed to keep out the unwanted elements. This venue's capacity is estimated at 100 people seated cathedral style and 80 people seated at rectangular tables. Three uniquely designed outdoor washrooms with running water and a concession stand are available for use with this venue.
During events hosted by the lodge, absorb yourself in a performance from musicians or actors immersed in their talent, challenge your inner yogi as you gaze over the lake in warrior pose, appreciate the creativity of local Meadow Lake and area artists or expand your knowledge base during an educational workshop happening at this stunning venue in harmony with nature.
